This presentation model was created in collaboration with AMOS Model Making in Munich for presentation and sales purposes.
The beautiful architecture model stands on a flat base plate. The open space areas between the buildings inside the model were equipped with a children’s playground, people, trees, shrubs, bicycles, and cars.

The realistic depiction of the residential complex, along with the LED lighting, brings the model to life and awakens the dreams of potential property buyers. This makes the model look fantastic and serves as the perfect sales tool.
